Toasted Coconut Mocha – Monday Recipe Series

A single-serve take on the traditional mocha.

  • 1 OneCoffee Sumatran Blend pod, brewed at 8 oz
  • 1/4 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted)
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • Toasted coconut shavings as garnish (optional)

Heat the chocolate chips and coconut milk over the stove until hot. Use your Keurig to brew an 8 oz cup of Sumatran Blend coffee. Add the hot coconut chocolate and garnish with toasted coconut shavings.

We used a OneCoffee Sumatran Blend single-serve pod brewed at 8 oz.
